The appraisal process is a policy-recognized mechanism intended to resolve disputes regarding the amount of loss when agreement cannot be reached through informal means. Dynamic Claims Solutions provides independent appraisal services when valuation disputes arise, regardless of the party requesting appraisal. Our role is limited to objectively evaluating observed damages and developing a documented position regarding the value of the loss. We do not make coverage determinations and do not advocate for any party.
UMPIRE SERVICES
When the appointed appraisers are unable to reach agreement on the amount of loss, the appraisal provision of the policy typically allows for the selection of an umpire. Dynamic Claims Solutions provides umpire services when jointly agreed upon by the appraisers to assist in resolving valuation disputes. In this role, we independently review the documentation, inspection findings, and positions presented, and render a determination limited solely to the amount of loss. We do not make coverage determinations and do not advocate for any party. Our objective is to facilitate resolution through a fair, impartial, and well-documented process consistent with the appraisal framework.
Xactimate Estimates
Dynamic Claims Solutions prepares detailed Xactimate estimates for property damage claims based on observed conditions, documented measurements, and applicable industry standards. Our estimates are developed on a line-by-line basis using current pricing data and are intended to provide a clear and structured representation of the scope of work. Services are available for both residential and commercial properties.
