Dynamic Claims Solutions is an independent insurance appraisal and dispute-resolution firm specializing in valuation disputes involving the amount of loss. We are engaged when disagreements arise regarding scope or pricing and a formal, policy-recognized appraisal process is warranted.
Our role is limited to objectively evaluating observed damages, applying industry standards, and developing a well-documented position as to the value of the loss. We do not make coverage determinations and do not advocate for any party.

A policy-recognized mechanism to resolve disputes regarding the amount of loss when informal means have been exhausted. We provide independent appraisal regardless of which party initiates the process — evaluating damages objectively and documenting a defensible valuation position.
Umpire Services
When appointed appraisers cannot reach agreement, the policy typically allows for an umpire. Jointly selected by both appraisers, we independently review documentation and positions, then render a determination solely on the amount of loss — impartial and well-documented.
Xactimate Estimates
Detailed, line-by-line Xactimate estimates for property damage claims — developed from observed conditions, documented measurements, and current pricing data. Available for both residential and commercial properties, with clear scope representation.
Consulting
